If you booked an appointment in advance, and  you need to have it cancel, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your booking appointment. YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THAT APPOINTMENT TIME YOU SCHEDULED, AND BE CHARGED FOR THAT ALLOTTED TIME.
